Orthognathic Surgery
Our surgical guides ensure high accuracy and anatomical fit. Developed for both jaws, accounting for osteotomies, they include intermediate positioning elements and occlusal splints for jaw alignment. Can be integrated with custom titanium plates or standard fixation systems.

TMJ Temporomandibular Joint
Custom-made based on patient anatomy and clinical needs. Articulating surface selected per surgeon’s preference: polished titanium, UHMWPE, or PEEK. Fixation is pre-planned based on bone condition and access, ensuring safety near vital structures. Can be combined with bone remodeling and orthognathic surgery.

Subperiosteal Implants
Implants for reconstruction of upper and lower jaws with built-in support zones for dental prostheses.

- Fixation is pre-calculated for screw placement in dense bone zones

- Design offers secure fit and uniform load distribution

- Prosthetic components are modeled during preoperative planning

Trauma and Defect Reconstruction
Used for fixation, augmentation, or replacement of facial bone fragments. Provide precise reconstruction of the midface and lower face, restoring both function and appearance

Materials:

- Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI): medical-grade, bioinert

- PEEK: implant-grade polymer, strong and MRI/CT compatible

- UHMWPE: ideal for articulating components

Microsurgery
Custom-designed systems for functional and anatomical restoration, including:

- Osteotomy guides and positioning tools for autografts (fibula, scapula, pelvis)

- PEEK implants for volume restoration

- Titanium reconstruction plates
- Occlusal splints

- Dental implants (if required)

Products of Any Complexity Made from Biocompatible Materials
